I've been with Nilenet.com for several years, and am generally quite 
happy.  I tend to get quick responses on issues, and know that when I call, 
one of two people will answer the phone, frequently on the first 
ring.  They are local to Denver.  Dont know whether they have POPs 
elsewhere in the state.
