You don't have anything listening on 80 so I'd say
apache isn't running. Start apache (as root:
/etc/init.d/httpd start) and check again (ps -e | grep
httpd)

As someone else said, check your error logs. The
location will be listed in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd2.conf
but mine's in /etc/httpd/logs
