What I found was yet another missing file:
/etc/sysconfig/networking/devices/eth0.route, which contains (once I
created it):

GATEWAY0=
NETMASK0=255.255.255.0
ADDRESS0=192.168.00

This gets me a route that looks good to me. However, FC2 is still creating
that 169.245 route. I have a strange hunch it has something to do with
IPV6. I'm going to look into that next.
