[CLUE-Tech] Scribus vs. Quark XPress

Has anyone worked with Scribus and Quark XPress? I need a
comparison/contrast and need to know if they are compatible (mostly can
Scribus open Quark files).

I've asked about this on Gentoo-user and LUNA (Linux Users of North Alabama)
and haven't gotten many responses.
