you have to explicitly lock, which is what the : after the 0 does.  I don't 
lock when routing to /dev/null or forwarding, but do lock when delivering 
to my mailbox.

I think your permissions are hosed.

-rw----rw-  should probably read -rw-rw-rw-

what is the sequence? user-group-world?
