[clue-tech] Filesystem quotas circumvented

So today I tried to do this (as user angelo):

cd /
sudo ls -lhRt > ~/lsr

And of course it starts accumulating... but somehow it was able to get 
beyond the hard quota limit:

Disk quotas for user angelo (uid 635):
     Filesystem  blocks   quota   limit
      /dev/hda2  211656* 100000  150000


Does anyone have any idea why it didn't stop at 150000 ?
