[clue-tech] From sarge to sid

I am running sarge on my machine now, and I was wondering how I can 
migrate over to using sid.  This is what I use for apt repositories:

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib

deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main


Can I just change "testing" to "unstable" and then upgrade?
