I believe it's:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

the dist-upgrade handles the multiple dependencies better, if you just
do an upgrade, you'll find that you have to do it 3 or 4 times to get
all the dependencies worked out, and even then I don't think it
entirely works correctly.
