[clue-tech] computer won't boot

I bought a few (old) machines to build a cluster (cheap).  One in 
particular isn't booting--at all.  You turn it on, nothing happens 
except you hear a fan turn on.  I've never seen this before.  I've 
always gotten at least a beep error or something.  Does anyone have any 
idea what could be the problem?  Could it be something as simple as 
changing the motherboard battery?
