Very nice & modern library with a coffee bar frequently manned by its
owner, John, who is retired military (maybe Navy Seals).  Very
interesting to talk with about the war in Iraq, entrepreneurial
opportunities, politics, etc.

I'd consider going there (no, not Iraq).
