I'm using Ubuntu and all my experience is with RedHat/Fedora. In RedHat
world, many services, such as ftp and imap, are controlled by scripts in
/etc/xinetd.d. What's the Ubuntu equivalent? Or, more exactly, what's
the preferred way to cause imaps to listen on port 993?
