[clue-tech] network card problem

Hi all, it seems that I've got an odd problem. I'm using FC4, and used YUM to
upgrade the kernel, first to 2.6.14-1, and now 2.6.15-1.1830_FC4. Everything
works fine, except for one thing. Linux doesn't want to use my network card
anymore! It works fine when I go back to my old kernel. (2.6.11-1.1369_FC4)

On bootup, I get the error,

sk98lin device eth0 does not seem to be present. Delaying initalization.

I booted up both kernels and compared the hwconfig, ifcfg-eth0, and the
modprob.conf. The only difference I found was in the hwconfig, it didn't have a
network.hwaddr set. I tried setting it manually using the "Network Device
Control" app, but it gave me an error 19.

I'm not very adept with drivers under linux, so any help would be great. Here
are the relevant config file when booting up on the newer kernel.
