Major ;-) and will do.
For $800, I'll take the two years.
Although chatting with the (total geek) sales lady - they indicate that
they've been seeing lots of problems with power supplies. In the old days
power supplies worked or they didn't, but nowadays they are seeing lots of -
'booted fine, until...' which turn out to be power supply issues. So I have
an eye on that.

The answer will come in about 2 years (please report back). Maybe the
ASUS A8N5X has quality components? The Dell motherboard will have
leaky capacitors in about 2 years.
