[clue-tech] Re: Ubuntu crontab [solved]

The problem was that run-parts does not execute files with a "." in
them.  I was looking for 0backup_purge.plx to run, and it was not
because of it's name.  ntp.cron wasn't running, either.

I ran
$ run-parts -v --report /etc/cron.daily
to determine this.
