Yes.  You can put this command in your 'local' startup script.  Typically it 
is found in /etc/rc.local

Edit the file and add your command:

iwconfig ath0 key <key>

Note that after you make this change, this system will always try to run your 
wireless card using the specified key.  This may not be what you want every 
time you boot.

There are also other ways to change your system startup scripts to accomplish 
this same task, but this one is simple and easy.
