[clue-tech] mail works some of the time

Hello,

I have a situation where I recently moved a domain from one host to
another (the current host is powweb).  Incoming mail seems to work
fine, but outgoing mail being sent by a php script does not always get
delivered.  The problem seems to be specific to certain domains on the
receiving end of the email path.

So, to recap:

1. Mail from wwpna.org server to gmail works fine
2. mail from wwpna.org server to several specific domains does not
work (including my own)
3. mail from other sources to those specific domains does work

My mail-fu and domain-fu are not strong enough to figure out what
could be happening.  Is this a problem with my mail settings?  Below I
have pasted the headers from an email that did get through.

Is there anything else I could provide that would  help in debugging this?
