[clue-tech] video file conversions

You'll need 12-24GB of space available, minimum.  More is always better.
1 full DV tape = 16GB AVI, after compression this is a 4.x GB MPEG2.

Current DVD standard compression is MPEG2.  Next standard in the pipeline is MPEG4.

Try kino.  There's another one, but I can't remember the name, darnit.
