[clue-tech] Thunderbird dictionaries under Ubuntu

Hi, I'm trying to get the German dictionary installed for Ubuntu for my Mom.

We started off trying it the normal way, adding it through the extensions
window. It installs without error, but isn't available.

When that didn't work, I guided her through the package manager to install
the  mozzilla-thunderbird-de dictionary. Now it's listed as an extension,
but there's no way to select it.

What am I missing here?
