[clue-tech] rsync + vmware = wow

Can you share you rsync config or script to how you back this up? I have 
a Windows 2003 vmware instance running at home on my CentOS box, and I'd 
like to back it up from time to time.  It sounds like it works well, I 
can't wait to try it.
