[clue-tech] CUPS remote printing

Having cranked up my Thinkpad R51 with the latest Ubuntu (Kubuntu
Feisty), most everything including wireless is going swimmingly.

Not so with the #$@! cups[ys].

I'm trying to print from the laptop to the desktop.

On the desktop I have in cupsd.conf

Port 631

<Location />
 Order allow,deny
 Allow localhost
 Allow @LOCAL
 Allow 192.168.0.8 <== ip address of the laptop
 Deny all
</Location>

On the laptop, I have created a printer for the remote connection, and
the printers.conf is

<DefaultPrinter lp>
Info remote
Loction remote
DeviceURI ipp://192.168.0.3/printers/lp <== ip address of the desktop
State Idle
StateTime nnnnnnnn
Accepting Yes
Shared Yes
JobSheets none none
QuotaPeriod 0
PageLimit 0
KLimit 0
OpPolicy default
ErrorPolicy retry-job
</Printer>

When I print from the laptop, the jobs queue up. Each request gets the
following result on the desktop

/var/log/cups/access
192.168.0.8 - - [04/Mar/2007:21:22:59 -0700] "POST /printers/lp HTTP/1.1" 403 0

Any clues what might be wrong?
