Look for the "Remember Mismatched Domains" plugin for T-Bird and  
Firefox.  It stops the warnings on domains you choose.

Currently broken on Mac architecture, but broken to fix Linux.   
(Actually to go around a bug that the Linux Mozilla devs refused  
outright to fix.)

Cheaper than paying for a signature, that's for sure!
