Ubuntu Linux 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon default Compiz plugin keys.

Notes:
     1. These keys are available after turning on "Extra" Visual
        Effects.  System, Preferences, Appearance, Visual Effects,
        Extra.
     2. If you don't like the default plugins or keys, install
        compizconfig-settings-manager and then run ccsm.
     3. Reply with anything I missed:  It should be "must see", default,
        and unlikely for the user to bump into.

Expose:
<Super>+E Shows the "wall" of desktops, allows you to move windows from
desktop to desktop, allows you to switch to any desktop.

Application Switcher:
<Control><Alt>+<Tab> switches between windows on all desktops.

Shift Switcher:
In Mac-land, this is called "cover flow".
<Super>+<Tab> flips between windows on this desktop.
<Alt>+<Super>+<Tab> flips between windows on all desktops.
<Shift>+<Super>+S enables switcher mode, so windows on this desktop can
be navigated with the arrow-keys.

Enhanced Zoom Desktop:
<Super>+<MouseWheelForward>/<MouseWheelBack> zooms desktop in/out

Scale:
<Shift>+<Alt>+<Up> Initiate Window picker
