I have all three... Comcast cable, servers, and multiple static IP's.

You're just not going to get it from the residential service folks.   
You have to call the business office.  They WILL install business  
service to a residence with some restrictions, like you aren't going  
to get the free basic cable with it that businesses get at business  
addresses.

You call up the residential service folks and "add on" residential  
cable TV service to the account after the data circuit is up and  
running, or vice-versa... if you also want to watch TV from cable.   
Separate accounts, same physical cable.
