Have you ever done an upgrade between versions?  We're on 4.2, hosting it 
ourselves and our resident Sugar expert resigned a while back.  We very much 
need to get up to the latest version, but I simply do not have the time or 
confidence in my knowledge of the product to do it myself.  Is this something 
you'd be interested/able to do?
