It's impossible to say only for that information.  I'm guessing you mean 
your load numbers.  1 means that an average of 1 process has been 
waiting for the CPU.  To find the electricity you're using, you'll need 
to know the watts that your system uses under full load... I'm guessing 
your CPU is just donating whenever it can.  It won't be more than what 
your power supply provides, but it could be significantly less.
