[clue-tech] Setting up Network printer in CUPS?

I have an HPS12U, not th HPS1P.  The config file has localhost:631 in
CUPS.  This address is used to access CUPS.

The device URI is http::ipaddress/lpt1.  There are multiple printer
ports on mine, so the lpt depends on which port you use.

I am using IPP.
