What do you use for remote assistance? I frequently have clients call with little problems that I know I can quickly and easily fix, if only I can get access to their desktop. I've used VNC for this, and XP Remote Desktop (but not Remote Assistance), and one time I used LogMeIn. Do you use and like a particular product or methodology?
