> HTML attachment rendering (WHAT? I have to pay to see HTML attachments?)

No, you have to pay to see Microsoft Office attachments rendered as
inline HTML.

> Integrated Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus (yawn)

Why's that a yawner? Spam and virus protection don't come in the box
with Microsoft Exchange, do they?

> Online backup/restore (WHAT? I can't back it up online unless I pay?)

That's right. The free version has to be stopped to get a backup.
Seems reasonable to me. If you're demand is so hot or your database so
large that you can't stop the service long enough to back it up, you
probably want to stick a few dollars in it anyway.

> Clustering/HA (darn, that would be useful)

You know, paying for it is an available option, right? You can, but you
don't have to buy it? Are you seriously going to cluster/HA an app you
aren't willing to invest money in anyway?

> Outlook/MAPI sync (thought you said it would?)
> Apple iSync (well that's probably the way to my gadgets, so... humbug.)

I thought I was clear, but ... again, connectivity to IMAP, iSync, and
Blackberry Enterprise Server are all features of paid versions.

> Rich J2ME Client (yawn)

I understand it's not that bad, but I haven't tried it, so I don't know.
As I understand it, it allows you to operate in a disconnected state.

I snipped the rest of the critique from here, but I really think you
should share it with the Zimbra guys, probably the webmaster. It's
well-thought-out feedback on their website and productization that they
need to hear, and most of which I agree with. I hate sites that are
polluted with last year's crap, and it seems Zimbra suffers from that.
