[clue-tech] /etc/hosts changing on Debian

And I've set immutable on /var/lib/alsa/asound.state so my system boots
to a static sound state (muted), instead of whatever alsa (tried) to
store on shutdown.

I also use +i on short-lived files that I *really* don't want to
accidentally erase...
