[clue-tech] how much room?

I assume you're using Visio for network drawing. On the Free side, there is dia. It sucks a little, but I've used it successfully for several network drawings. Dia doesn't pick up your old Visio drawings, though, so you'll want either to re-save them into a portable format, or use vsdump to convert them to XML. I haven't tried vsdump yet, but if you'll send me a Visio 200[023] document, I will, and I'll report back.

Also, I guess Wine does Visio now. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=303925

Also also wic, Hotmail sucks. You come to me, I give you good mail. Zimbra. Oooh, it's so nice... :-)

Yeah I get that all the time. Mostly it's the whitelist and also inertia.
Plus chicken and egg; as long as I need an XP VM for *something*, it's easy
to keep Hotmail going via OE. The moment that there is a viable Visio
replacement I'll have lost my only real reason for running the XP VM, and
that's when I'll almost certainly pull the pin on Hotmail.

My most useful email account is at Hushmail. However, I'm not at all
convinced that their buisness model is viable over the long haul, else I
would have migrated entirely to that already.
