Let us know about the renewal.  Qwest is NOT serving residential with
the 'highest' speed connections with a choice of ISP, MS Windows Live
only.  Other ISP's are limited to 1.5mbps only.  Businesses still have
choice of ISP even with the fastest options.  Bunch of crap.
