I'd say that Qwest does also ... resolver.qwest.net is the name of their DNS server(s)  ... and it can be a real dog.

Hey, I resemble that remark. Since I sold my soul to ATT => Comcast
better than 10 years ago, I've had no complaints other than the fact
that Comcast runs the crappiest DNS servers.
