I have yet to successfully install Kubuntu, so besides wanting to learn how
to do that, I would also love to learn some linux commands to be able to
work from the command line. Also would like to learn how to set up a network
running linux. I am a complete newbie.

The history is an interest of mine, but I have never met anyone else who
is curious about it.
