I noticed it when removable stuff started getting put under /media,
instead of /mnt. Yech. :)

You know, I haven't any idea what others' experiences with this sort of
stuff is like, but it's never worked reliably for me. I'm not sure
whether that's good or bad, because usually, I don't want that to happen.
But -- at least AFAICT -- they left out the option most likely to be
preferred by old-hat users, i.e. just mount it.
