I haven't been able to do that since I quit working on DEC machines. EDT,
and later EVE in EDT mode (with my appropriate customizations) remains,
IMHO, the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to editing text.

(And don't bother mentioning EDT mode in EMACS, or something like that.
Ain't the same.)
