Which piece of hardware failed?

RAID 0 is not mirroring. If a drive failed he is probably toast.

The latter would be my guess. ??Put the set in and copy configuration from the disks to the replacement controller?? That would be interesting if vendor A's tools were compatible with vendor B's.
