[clue-tech] Mythtv at installfest

I don't think it will work to connect a VCR, DVD player, etc. The tuner needs to be able to lock into a TV station. The issue I am having is with scanning the channels and unfortunately, a video input other than cable probably won't suffice.

You can fake cable access with a VCR, gaming console, DVD player, or something along those lines.

Does anyone know if there is any access to cable? If not, would it be beneficial to still attend the CLUEfest to network and possibly find someone who could help me out at a later day. I am a total newbie and really want to learn how to make my rig work. Thanks
