Hello,
I have been restoring jeos ubuntu VMs in ESX3i from level 0 dumps and have
found that if the dump is made on a system with eth3, a restore from that dump results in a system that identifies the interface as eth4. I have no clue how the number gets assigned. Any hints about how to control the name assigned to the interface?
Thanks
-Mike
