[clue-tech] Qwest ISP

I'm currently using a 3rd party ISP on top of my
Qwest DSL connection. My main motivation for the 3rd
party ISP is:
1) I can have a static IP address
2) No ports are blocked, so I can shell into my server
from outside my LAN, can serve up Web pages, etc.
I've recently been receiving literature from Qwest for
their residential Fiber Optic DSL with very large
bandwidth. Qwest tells me that I'll have to use them
as an ISP for that service. Does anyone know whether
I can maintain a static IP with ready access to the
ports if I go with Qwest?
Thanks,
