I wonder whether net100 ever made it into Linux?  A few years ago I heard a talk about it at FRUUG 
and they said that net100 boxes would steal all the bandwidth from everyone else because they were 
so much better at handling the dynamic TCP settings.

I wonder whether bufferbloat was part of the problem they were working around?
