[clue-tech] How to NEXT in reverse-i-search

I've found these C shell commands to be helpful in bash too. You can also do this to rerun a command. Type an '!' followed by the first few letters of the command you want to run. Bash will run the most recent command that matches. 

grep .... 
... 
... 
... 
!gre (This will rerun grep, assuming no other command begins with gre.

bash users needn't lose hope: It seems that all these things work perfectly in bash, too. I knew about the first and last, but not the second.
