Big Blue Button which is a Google Code project (http://www.bigbluebutton.org ). It has API's for quite a few things related to a session or conference. But then, this is the server side of course. The client side just needs a Java and Flash capable browser to join in to view the session with speakers (for audio), microphone (for voice), and web camera (to present if desired). Uses about 16 or so Open Source components all tied together.

Linux ETC is putting this together with a Drupal front end to address a few clients' requests and needs. All like it because of the cost factor primarily, and ease of use.

In regards to DimDim, they have been accused of GPL and other Open Source License agreement infractions during the summer. I also seem to recall they stopped contributing back into the "community" edition as well. Just a side note to consider for long term viability potentially.
