[clue-tech] troubles installing .jar??

It's not, my /opt is totally empty.  I don't know for sure, the web page
is fairly sparse, the man documentation is supposed to be good, but
can't access that until the install completes.

I've got the default and the open JDK, that's kind of why I'm out of
ideas.
