[clue-tech] A dedicated CLUE forum?

An email list with a mandatory web interface?  Heavens, why would anyone want *that*?

So perhaps its a generational thing, for those who never knew usenet.  But really, unless you're 
using a mail reader you hate why wouldn't you want messages to come to you?  How do you use a web 
forum that makes it desirable?
