To clarify further, I don't know if the sandboxes are on Linux Etc's computers on on VPS. I might have an email from Crawford that says who hosts them.

1. VPS hosting. I don't know what services they provide. 

2. I think we are running PCLinuxOS. I'm going to try to log in tonight, so I can check the version. 

3. As long as we keep paying VPS, I think the production site remains active. Drupal 6 sandbox was down last night. Drupal 7 was still up. I don't know how long these will remain available. For all I know, Crawford might decide later to shut the sandboxes down. 

4. Dave Anselmi gave me this info last night. I can provide that tonight.
