Jeff & Kevin,

I think this might be better suited to a full session.  I recommend Kevin Fenzi
to present the session, since he's probably one of the most qualified guys around
to do it.  If you can't get him, I can muddle my way through most of the important
stuff.

I'm sure there are guys other than Kevin or myself who could talk about this
too, so if there are any volunteers I'm sure Jeff would love to hear from you.
