Could be outside radio interference or a problem with RR cables. I had a
weird situation where the smtp mail on the actually RR system was inconsistent
and stalled often. When I switched to Earthlink running on the same RR cables,
and computer, the problem went away.<br>

<pre wrap=""><!----><br>The easiest way to diagnose network/cableing issues is to manually set it to 10Mbps half-duplex.<br>This will solve any intermittent issues, as well as provide a solid troubleshooting platform.
