I'm sorry, but I don't know where the context menu is, or for that matter

mounting existing filesystems readonly, for safety. The solution then,
would be to use the context menu to remount the filesystem read-write.
I don't know if this is what Match was talking about when he mentioned
the "crippled" root account.
