I'm assuming that the netblock or whatever it is called is from the same locale, same region. If <a href="http://200.199.198.01" target="_blank">200.199.198.01</a> originated in Antartica, would anything coming from 200.199.198.xx also originate in Antartica?<br>
</blockquote><div><br><br>Not necessarily, technically. You should go to the authority whois (like <a href="http://arin.net/whois">arin.net/whois</a>) and look what cidr block it belongs to. You should be blocking by CIDR block then.<br>
