[clue] [EVENT] Is there a DRUPAL meeting on Sunday ?

Please excuse me for sounding so much like a novice, but the only things I know about computers are what I learn here and there.
I can only conceive of web site design and management using a text editor (for custom designs using XHTML and CSS) and FTP. It just does not make sense to me to do it any other way.
Therefore, should I not believe that knowledge of DRUPAL is not relevant to me. But I really don't know anything about DRUPAL, but I'm pretty sure it is not something I want to learn about -- right?
